In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the daily operations and ensuring a high-quality experience for all children and families involved. **A completed Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) is required.** We live by our core values of **“Fun, Innovative, Involved, Remarkable & Genuine”.**If you’re the person we’re looking for, we know these will resonate with you too. **About the Role**: As the Program Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing, training, and supporting a dedicated team of 2IC’s and Educators. Your leadership will help foster a remarkable and engaging program that caters to children from preschool through Year 6. You'll be on-the-floor and hands-on during operational hours, particularly in the afternoon session, while having the flexibility to be off the floor and manage administrative tasks during Before Care. Our service at Crestmead State School is large with a good Leadership team in place. It has a dedicated space onsite and a strong school relationship.
