- Notting Hill location, with potential WFH after initial training
- Approx. 2 month short term assignment, with the possibility to extend
- $35 to $38 ph (dependent on experience) + superannuation
- Ideal to fit into school pick-up and drop-off
Our client is seeking a temporary, part-time Accounts/Administration Officer for an immediate start (Nov 10th) in a short-term role until end-of-year, with the possibility to extend.
This business support role will be assisting a small team three to four days per week, with a short day of 9AM to 3PM for a total of around 20 hours per week or more.
Duties:
- Invoice and order processing
- Answering and directing calls
- Liaising with suppliers regarding custom orders
- Office coordination and processing of related invoices
- Assistance with rebate payments (creating RCTIs in MYOB, sending RCTIs & reports to members, creating payment sheets, allocating payments in MYOB)
- Assistance with end-of-month close off
About You:
- Demonstrated proficiency with MYOB AccountRight
- Experience with creation and processing of invoices
- Prior experience in business support, comfortable stepping into a short-term role to provide high-level support
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as you'll be liaising with clients and suppliers daily
