**Overview**:
Outhire is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing department. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our marketing efforts and developing campaigns to promote our products and services. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to increase brand awareness and generate demand for our offerings.

**What you'll do**:

- Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy, focusing on generating demand and increasing brand awareness.
- Lead the development of customer personas and positioning for our products and services.
- Create and manage a content marketing plan that addresses each stage of the buyer's journey.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales goals.
- Lead Outhire's Marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive results.
- Track and analyze marketing program performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet KPIs.

**What you'll need**:

- 2+ years of experience in a Head of Marketing or similar role.
- Proven track record in product marketing, marketing strategy and content marketing, with a focus on driving demand generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a history of driving successful marketing programs.
- Experience managing a marketing team and executing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or a related field.
