Head of Marketing - Brand & Hospitality

**_ About the role_**

The Head of Marketing - Brand & Hospitality is accountable to the General Manager Marketing and will be responsible for the delivery and execution of key Marketing strategies and partnerships for the growth of SkyCity Adelaide's hotel and food and beverage outlets.
The role will drive a total brand proposition for SkyCity Adelaide, incorporating all of it's assets across Hotel, Bars, Dining and Casino as a key Tourism destination within South Australia. This position will also be responsible for developing new brands and campaigns for new venue openings throughout the precinct.

The Head of Marketing - Brand & Hospitality will perform both above the line and below the line marketing activities, and will devise high-level strategies for FB and hotel channels**.**Additionally, the Role is responsible for the relationship with external agencies that support Brand, PR, Social and Digital Marketing.

**_ About you_**

To be successful in this role, you will have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and the target audience, as well as proven expertise and creative mindset to develop engaging and effective marketing campaigns at a high level. You will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and have a proven track record of thinking outside the box, be detailed in nature and work efficiently to deadlines. You will bring to life incredible offerings and events in our venues that will mirror your passion for the venues and the products. In addition to this, you will have;
- 5-10 years in brand and marketing management
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Budget management and understanding of commercial drivers
- Experience with Tourism, Food and Beverage and Hotels
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing
