**Join BGIS as a Facilities Coordinator**
Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about facilities management? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can make a real difference? BGIS is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support our key client, based in the Sydney CBD.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, safety, and compliance.
- Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Coordinate vendors and contractors for timely, cost-effective solutions.
- Manage service requests and quickly resolve facility issues.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Provide occasional cross-site support as required.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Previous experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management systems (preferred).
- A proactive, customer-focused approach.
- NV1 Security Clearance - Australian Citizens Only.
