**Internal Sales**

We are looking for a confident, personable, and reliable individual to join our team in the Forrestdale industrial area.

This is an internal sales and customer service role with a strong focus on processing orders, managing stock inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The primary focus is on administration and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting customers in-store and providing estimations.
- Processing orders: Booking customer jobs, allocating work orders for the workshop, and ensuring processes are followed.
- Preparing and following up on quotes: Gathering information to create detailed and accurate customer quotes and estimations.
- Identifying customer needs and offering suitable products.
- Performing general office duties as required.

**Work Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Occasional overtime on Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

**Additional Benefits**:

- Commission available on top of base pay after the probation period.

**Requirements**:

- Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:
