**The opportunity**

You will be leading the Process Analysis Team within Enterprise Delivery to,
- perform process analysis and process mapping for project delivery to align with business requirements.
- drive alignment of the process maps with the business requirements;
- collaborate with change managers/key internal stakeholders to uplift capability and enable smooth transition of process maps from project team to process owners; and
- encourage capability uplift across the practice.
- Influencing process analysis work in the program pipeline.
- Maintaining regular, professional, and service-focused communication by providing relevant ongoing updates to leadership on progress.
- Implementing governance to ensure consistency and quality within team outputs.
- Shaping delivery methodologies; rolling these out across the program and ensuring approaches are followed.
- Driving innovation in the adoption of new approaches and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring the development of high-performance project teams with the appropriate skills and mindset required to achieve excellence in execution.

**About you**

We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity.
- Experience in Process Analysis Management (BPMN)
- Strong understanding of the full SDLC, process mapping, Superannuation products and systems
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to build great teams, collaborate effectively and develop good working relationships with stakeholders.
- Track record of delivery on analysis outcomes on large complex projects
- Proven history in agile adoption and in driving different ways of working
- Strong stakeholder engagement and questioning techniques
