Overseeing of the Facilities Management Services for LVLY Pty Ltd - Sydney warehouse
- Coordinate all activities undertaken by maintenance sub-contractors to ensure an efficient delivery of services
- Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities
- Manage expenditure and costs to meet agreed budget targets related to the running and operations of the warehouse
- Provide feedback to management on any issues for the site, that need significant resources, additional staff or go outside of allocated budgets
- Coordinating the maintenance of plant and equipment
- Conducting regular site audits
- Ensuring successful delivery of services to contractual obligations
- Liaising with site stakeholders
- Implement the facilities management service, which encompasses ad hoc maintenance, fire, mechanical, and electrical support, following environmental safety guidelines.
- Raise work orders and assist with managing invoicing of all maintenance and facilities services for the site
- Conduct inspections and review operations to ensure cost effectiveness is maximised
- Review and update compliance documents to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance and Risk Management standards.
- Ensure all on-site employees and contractors compliance with all LVLY Pty Ltd systems used to meet its health and safety obligations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma

**Salary**:65,000 + Super

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- All Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
