**About Your Role**

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Fleet Administration Officer to work within our Property Team.

Reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will support the delivery of Scope Fleet Services.

**Your Key Focus**
- Accurate documentation of Fleet data to assist in maintaining compliance and service records
- Ensure the maintenance of the appropriate records and documentation of vehicles
- Prepare and monitor vehicle maintenance budgets for client-carrying vehicles
- Ensure high quality approach to servicing and maintenance of client-carrying vehicles
- Provide accurate and timely reports

**What We Look For**
- Demonstrated understanding of vehicle maintenance
- Ability to adapt to changing environment
- Proven experience in management of complex transport experience
- Demonstrated administration skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with variety of internal and external stakeholders
