**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

On a day-to-day basis, this role is responsible for:

- Support the planning team in the development and co-ordination of schedules and efficient distribution of reports
- Create job orders in SyteLine
- Support in co-ordinating planning requirements with external sub-contractors where necessary
- Assist in maintaining job orders and operations in SyteLine including keeping start dates accurate to ensure effective MRP Planning
- Assist in the closing of jobs and operations
- Work with Planning Team to prepare production schedules, resource graphs and activity lists for distribution after each progress update

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

Your strong service-oriented mindset, coupled with proven initiative, will be complemented with the following:

- Business Administration Training
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written, presentation)
- Able to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
- Strong time management and organisational skills;
- Australian recognised Driver's license;
- Syteline ERP capability (advantageous but not essential);
