**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Trusted Home Disability Care have an exciting job opportunity that has become available. The Executive Assistant will directly report into the Deputy CEO to provide high-level executive and administrative support to the deputy CEO. You will be responsible for providing direct high
- end clerical and administrative support, from scheduling meetings and other appointments to document control. An Executive Assistant will oversee the entire administrative process to ensure the Deputy CEO can focus on the business’s growth and opportunities.

Key accountabilities include:

- Working directly with the Deputy CEO to support all aspects of their daily work routine. Act as the primary point of contact between the Deputy CEO and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Maintain the Deputy CEO calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments engaging with internal or external stakeholders, organise travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organise meetings, conferences, special events including coordinating logistics, agenda creation and document preparation.
- Serve as liaison between Deputy CEO, THDC staff and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, board papers and reports
- Being a part of executive, internal team or external meetings, taking dictation and minutes.
- Preparing and producing reports, financial spreadsheets and agenda materials as requested by the Deputy CEO.
- Other additional and/ or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting a senior executive.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and software.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and take proactive action.
- Professionalism, poise and the ability to interact confidentiality with stakeholders at all level.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to genuinely make a difference and improve the lives of people with disabilities.

- Valid Australian drivers’ licence
