**About the role**

As the Strategy Business Partner, you'll focus on;
- Providing fact-based insight to assist in the development and delivery of business strategies
- Conducting analytical problem solving on strategic issues
- Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders in the business as thought partners and drivers of execution on strategic initiatives

**About you and your skills**

We have a busy schedule, so you’ll need to be a self-motivated professional, capable of strategic thought leadership and initiative delivery. Ideally, you will be from a top-tier firm in strategy consulting, private equity/ investment banking or from an in-house strategy function of a large consumer products or retail organisation.

In addition, you'll need;
- MBA, Bachelor of Commerce, Finance, or equivalent / higher qualification
- Previous experience within a management consulting firm highly regarded
- Around two to six years of work experience post-degree
- Proven experience in complex analytical problem solving
- A high level of proficiency using appropriate analytical tools especially excel
- Previous experience in managing work-streams within projects
- Experience in writing or contributing to board-level presentations and reports
- Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders
- Previous experience in working with cross-functional business units
- The ability to work in a high-performance team environment
