Your assignment will be the Obligations Management Program, a multi-year program of work that will mature and uplift Macquarie’s approach to managing regulatory obligations by embedding a framework (i.e. minimum standards for managing obligations) and onboarding a technology solution to enable a centralised Obligations Management horizon scanning platform and an Obligation Library for the Macquarie Group. New organisational capabilities will be required to achieve the vision of the Obligation Management Program across people, process, and technology systems.
Your focus will be to lead the change effort for the Technology stream. You will contribute to the Program Change Strategy for the technology implementation and you will be responsible for developing and executing all change activities for the technology deployment. This will include conducting change impact assessments, training needs analysis, communication and training material development and managing stakeholder engagement activities.
**Key Roles and Accountabilities**:
- Support the Program Change Lead, you will be responsible for developing the Change Strategy and delivery plan for embedding the Obligation Management technology across Macquarie Group.
- You will be responsible for conducting detailed change impact assessments for specific stakeholder group, reflecting the impact of change across people, process and systems.
- Develop and deliver fit-for-purpose change solutions and interventions, including communication, collateral, presentations, and reference material.
- Conduct training needs analysis, develop training materials and deliver training where required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders across Macquarie.
- Use metrics to monitor change readiness acceptance, executing appropriate adoption strategies.
- Implement activities to maximise adoption after go-live and support business transitions through the change to BAU.
**Who will this role suit?**
- You will have experience delivering changes across people, process and technology, and have formed a good understanding of best practice approaches across organisational change management.
- Experience working in a project team, alongside business analysts and change managers.
- Enjoy working in fast-paced, complex and challenging environments.
- Comfortable in taking direction and accountability for executing changes.
- Flexible and willing to take on new responsibilities that may extend beyond your existing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and can communicate complex issues in a straightforward manner.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and have experience building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work through periods of ambiguity.
- You have a risk mindset. Macquarie employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.
- Prior experience in working in financial services and/or a top tier consultancy firm would be advantageous.
- Prior experience supporting a Risk Management Technology implementation would be advantageous.

The Risk Management Group (RMG) is an independent, centralised unit responsible for ensuring all risk across Macquarie are appropriately assessed and managed. Its divisions include Behavioural Risk, Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory Affairs and Aggregate Risk, and RMG Enterprise Support.
