We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team in a full-time, permanent role based at our Head Office on the Sunshine Coast. Joining the HR Team, you’ll work closely with Hiring Managers to manage and support the recruitment of a broad range of civil and office-based roles - including Labourers, Plant Operators, Foremen, Engineers, Trades, and key Administrative and Project Support positions.

**Your Day-to-Day will include**:

- Liaising with Hiring Managers to understand Hiring Requirements
- Composing job ads which align to position requirements
- Preparing employment contracts and handling various HR administration tasks
- Managing the recruitment inbox and ensuring timely responses
- Collaborating with the Marketing Team to produce branding materials, job banners, and promotional content
- Assisting in the development of recruitment strategies that attract top talent

**About You**:

- Proven experience working in a recruitment / talent acquisition position - _Previous experience in the Civil Industry will be highly regarded_
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with conflicting deadlines
- Someone who can maintain confidentiality with sensitive business information
