As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring Disability Care, Support Workers, for one of our largest NDIS providers of Supported Living Accommodation, located on the Sunshine Coast. You will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while collaborating closely with internal teams to support workforce growth. Additionally, you will assist with staff inductions and liaise with the rostering team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless workforce coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for (mainly Support Worker) roles in disability care.
  • Conduct screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
  • Assist with staff inductions and ensure compliance with hiring requirements
  • Liaise with the rostering team to align staffing needs with workforce availability
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance recruitment processes
  • Handle high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and efficiency

About You

  • Previous recruitment experience (preferably in health, disability, aged care, or NFP sectors)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone & email)
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of disability, aged care, or the Not-for-Profit sector is highly regarded
