We're expanding our vibrant Melbourne office and are now seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our team during part-time hours, 9am–3pm.

About the Role (Part-Time: 9am–3pm)

In this dynamic role, you'll support the end-to-end recruitment process, including:

  • Conducting interviews and coordinating pre-employment checks
  • Managing job orders from placement through to post-placement follow-up
  • Overseeing casual labour hire rosters and liaising directly with distribution clients to ensure seamless staffing
