We are currently seeking
**Executive Assistant with Marketing experience** for a client based into
**Canning Vale.**

**This is a Temp to Perm role after 6 months.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, including research, scheduling, and communication with clients
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters
- Update and maintain the company's website and social media accounts
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage and maintain databases, lists, and spreadsheets
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Attend company events and industry conferences as required
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, or, Marketing, or, Communications, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on marketing activities preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Knowledge of website development and design a plus
