**About this Position**:
This role is a trusted advisor to the Head of Finance, delivering high level operational and strategic support across a range of finance led initiatives. You'll lead key projects, drive business improvement, manage critical communications, and influence strategic decisions that directly enhance the performance of the finance team and the long-term financial sustainability of the organisation.

**What we trust you to deliver**:

- Analyse problems, evaluate alternatives and present solutions with a focus on collaborative problem solving.
- Ensure projects and resourcing plans are aligned to accountabilities and responsibilities, project management with commercial acumen.
- Engage and consult by means of well-developed oral and written communication skills, with the capability to influence, listen to others, with the ability to present ideas and encourage the views of others to ensure effective outcomes.
- Ability to savvy within data elements and utilise tools to extract and present information through excel and other tools.

**What you will need to be successful**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, or Project Management
- Strong coordination and project management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Confidence in creating impactful presentations
