**About this Position**:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Support Officer to join the General Manager’s Office team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and support services to the General Manager and elected officials, ensuring the efficient operation of a dynamic, multi-faceted organisation. You’ll manage**reports, calendars, and key business systems, while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. This position requires adaptability, collaboration, and flexibility, with opportunities to support multiple departments as needed.

**What we trust you to deliver**:

- Provide efficient and accurate administrative and support services to the General Manager's Office in line with corporate policies, procedures, directives and legislative requirements.
- Ensure the seamless operation of the business by delivering comprehensive administrative and support services within a politically influenced, and multi-faceted organisational environment.
- Create reports, manage calendars and coordinate systems for the timely provision of information and advice.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to the community, employees and customers of Council.

**What you will need to be successful**:

- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Broad experience in support practices or administration in a large or diverse organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of effective high-level customer service within an administrative environment.
- Knowledge and experience in meeting and committee procedures and protocols.
- Current class C drivers licence.

**Full Time**:35 hours a week.

**Salary**: Salary from $68,398 per annum plus superannuation.
