About the role
As our Data Coordinator, you’ll support the efficiency of RACGP’s general practice education and training programs by managing accurate and compliant data. Reporting to the Data Integrity Manager, who is based in NSW, the role involves maintaining high-quality training records, processing registrar Medicare Provider Numbers, resolving data issues, and supporting internal teams with data insights. Working closely with stakeholders across RACGP and external bodies such as Services Australia and the Department of Health and Aged Care, you’ll play a vital part in meeting operational goals and contractual obligations.
**As our Data Coordinator, you'll also**:
maintain accurate training data and resolve discrepancies across systems
process and manage Medicare Provider Numbers in line with policy and legislation
collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support data needs
analyse data to identify trends and contribute to workflow improvements
Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Experience with high-volume data entry
Knowledge of Medicare or healthcare systems
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting
