We now have a great opportunity for a Grade 3A Registered Nurse to join our team in a Clinical Data Coordinator role working with our three Intensive Care Units (ICUs). This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per fortnight.

**About the Role**
The **Clinical Data Coordinator is a Grade 3A Registered Nurse** position which provides effective and efficient data acquisition, management and education in Monash Critical care services. You would be responsible for collecting and inputting data into clinical database(s) in the ICUs and for providing timely and accurate reports to assist in ICU operations, fulfil the unit’s statutory reporting duties and for research purposes. ANZICs data reporting and submissions are effectively managed with all agreed timelines met.
Working closely with the ICU teams and liaising with Monash Health Business Intelligence, your key responsibilities would include:
- data acquisition and education of staff to improve the integrity of the data
- data quality assurance and data audit
- management of clinical database(s) in the Adult ICUs
- Preparation and submission of statutory data reports (eg. ANZICS and ANZPICR data submission)
- Preparation of regular data reports to the Service Director of AICUs, or relevant Director ICU
- Preparation of regular data reports for Quality Assurance, Performance, Morbidity and Mortality
**About You**
You have excellent data management skills as well as demonstrated Critical Care experience with a Post Grad in Critical Care. Experience within an ICU environment will be highly valued.

**What you need**:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Critical care certificate _is essential_
- Experience in intensive care and/or paediatric intensive care
