**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Sales team in this permanent role. You will be part of a collaborative, fun and supportive team who thrive on customer service and sales.

Your role will be to convert both inbound and outbound sales leads and provide the best health insurance options based on the customer’s needs. We are looking for passionate sales individuals who strive for success, and in return you will be rewarded with great incentives for your hard work.

Starting on Monday the 3rd of July, this full-time role is working on a rotating roster between the hours of 8am to 8pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, including one Saturday a month, 9am to 4pm.

You will be provided with two weeks of comprehensive training which will be conducted virtually, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (AEST), and full attendance is required.

This is predominantly a work from home role, however there will be a requirement to attend a worksite to conduct work-related activities from time to time, in which case you would be provided with notice. You also have the option to come into the office as often as you like for engagement and connection with your team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Conducting needs analysis through effective questions and providing the most suitable products to our customers
- Creating value by highlighting features and benefits, unique services, and diversified product options
- Objection handling
- Funding product comparisons
- Building rapport to understand our customers and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Providing complete and accurate information to our customers by following compliance guidelines

**About You**

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for communicating with our customers over the phone in a compassionate and friendly manner. You will need to have experience working to targets in a sales environment, be able to think on your feet, and tailor your response to different situations and people. Problem-solving is key in this role, and the ability to offer solutions to our customers is important. As a team player, you will be supporting your colleagues to deliver the best results possible.
