**What's on offer?**:
Our Homebuyers Centre - Direct team are supported with marketing campaigns and receive warm leads which are qualified before being passed to New Home Consultants. They work with customers throughout Metropolitan Melbourne and are predominantly located in our office in Docklands.

As a New Home Consultant you will build integral relationships and convert these warm leads to New Home Sales.

You can expect to:

- Generate referral sales
- Update and maintain a sales database
- Continuously learn new products and land availability
- Produce home & land packages
- Manage customer experience through to the completion of each home

**What can you bring?**:
You will be a self-starter with a proven track record in phone based sales and will be passionate about providing genuine customer satisfaction.

You will also possess:

- Excellent selling and negotiation skills to meet customers’ needs
- Passion about the residential construction industry
- A drive to relentlessly exceed targets and a hunger for success
- A positive attitude to professional development and learning
- An excellent work ethic and resilience
