You will be expected to deliver value to our customers through high quality support and knowledgeable solutions. Your experience will generate additional business from the existing client base, plus your existing networks will help you find new opportunities to really build sales in this region.

Combined with your strategic thinking, industry experience, product knowledge and ability to leverage on your strong network of clients, you will work with the team to deliver solutions that drive business profitability and customer satisfaction.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Prospect **new business and build a strong pipeline.
- ** Hunt **new opportunities within existing business by developing strong relationships with other Sales Representatives and Account Managers within the Motion Australia.
- ** Promote** the product within our sales network through sales promotions, education, training
- ** Manage** your portfolio and ensure that our customers are receiving premium service.
- ** Work** closely with Category Managers and Specialists to ensure continuous customer service excellence.

**What are we looking for?**
- ** Good experience** in solution selling hydraulic, mechanical seals products and services.
- ** High energy**, passionate about collaboration with a professional outlook
- Ability to handle technical sales and service enquiries at all levels.
- ** Strong** negotiation, influencing, business planning and sales strategy skills
- ** Demonstrated** high sales conversion capabilities
- Valid driver’s license with willingness, and ability to travel to which areas/ regions
