Mullins have an extensive range of Alloy, Wheels, Truck & Trailer Wheels as well as Trailer Axles and Components. In the heavy-duty market sector Mullins supplies Mining & Construction, Earthmover, Agricultural and Industrial Wheels & Rims. Mullins also offers a comprehensive range of Workshop Services from their Wheel Manufacturing Workshop in Adelaide. The family-owned business has been in operation since 1905.

Overview:

Mullins' Queensland Branch, based in Acacia Ridge is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Internal Salesperson/Store person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills and be willing to assist in the warehouse when required. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a team player and become an important team member.
  • Processing phone sales orders & providing excellent service to clients.
  • Ability to promptly interpret & provide technical vehicle and wheel fitment info to clients.
  • Assist the external Sales rep with quotations, pricing, orders, and customer queries.
  • Be willing to assist with store duties and the dispatch of daily orders.
  • Be responsible for some of the logistic operations of the store.

Salary Range:

For this internal sales position we are offering a gross salary of between $60,000 to $75,000 per annum, dependent on your suitability for the role & prior experience.

The Ideal Candidate:  Experience in automotive parts, accessories and wheel / tyre or associated industry is highly preferred. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and be customer service focused to provide technical sales and customer support, ensuring that we remain the supplier of choice among our clients. Specific in-house training relative to the wheel industry will be provided.  A Forklift license is preferred but not essential. Remuneration will be based on your level of suitability and experience.
