**About the Role**:
The Student Advisor Assistant position is pivotal in supporting our students at VU. As the first point of contact for current and prospective student enquiries, you will assist students in navigating university systems and processes, achieving their personal and academic goals, and maximizing their overall student experience.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Advisory teams, Student Administration, and College staff to support domestic, international, TAFE, and higher education students. Our service centres are located across multiple campuses.

**This is a casual position at a HEP 4 classification, $44.29 per hour.**

**Duties**:
An example of duties you may perform include:

- Provide accurate, timely and documented advice to potential and current students on a range of general matters including course information, administration, admissions, enrolment fees and on using student systems.
- Resolve first level student enquiries efficiently and effectively and escalate where appropriate to Student Advisors
- Provide student service to the performance and quality standards of Student Services Customer Service Framework and the Student Advising Model
