Regional Manager

NOW HIRING | This much-loved iconic Aus Designer brand is an institution - with a network of stunning stores across Australia and New Zealand and leading retail talent - we are excited to partner with this brand as they search for their next Regional Manager who will drive results across NSW & SA.

Known for their signature style, this brand embodies a modern global style - we are searching for a Regional Manager who combines commerciality and financial acumen, with their love of people, culture and selling. Responsible for a portfolio of 12 boutiques and concessions, you will work closely with Stakeholders to ensure your retail network are exceeding expectations and are engaged and thriving in their roles.

You will:

- Drive sales and ensure KPI’s and overall retail excellence are met
- Regularly analyses sales performance and KPI’s of each store to determine areas of opportunity and improvement
- Use your commercial and financial acumen to make strong stock decisions for each store
- Proactively drive sales on the shop floor through customer experience and CRM activities
- Ensure stores are meeting VM directives and brand guidelines for store standards
- Control store wage costs and overheads to maximize profitability and minimize shrinkage
- Attend weekly Company Trade Meetings with qualified and quantifiable feedback from stores
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive sales instore - ie Marketing, Product
- Recruit, onboard, and retain team members and drive succession planning
- Instore event management

To set you up for success in this role we are looking for an existing Cluster, Area or Regional Manager who has a strong blend of commercial acumen as well as a desire to work with a high-end product.
- A strong background in fashion
- Previous experience in either a Regional Manager or National Manager role ideally from a background in luxury or premium fashion
- Financial literacy
- Multi-site background
- Confident to drive and motivate results across varied locations
- A strong people-first leader who cares about all aspects of a retail business
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with retail reporting, sales forecasting and budget controls
- Ability to lead through difficult or challenging situations
- An effective communicator who can tailor your message to the audience
