**Job Description** The role**:
Due to an upcoming parental leave we have a fixed term 12-month opportunity as a Regional Manager with our Sydney South and Illawarra Team.

**How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives**:

- Drive growth and elite business, work and wellness performance
- Continue WorkFocus’ journey towards being the biggest and best wellness and work provider in NSW
- Implement strategies to proactively manage RTW performance to meet state benchmarks
- Foster our employer-of-choice environment to ensure individuals are meeting professional development and career goals
- Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the organisation
- Embed a culture that always maintains a customer focus
- Create and nurture strong outcome-driven relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Reporting to the Area Manager of NSW

**Qualifications** What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Tertiary Allied Health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling and relevant accreditation.

**Highly suited to**:

- An experienced Team Leader, Injury Management Specialist or Account Manager looking to take a step up into a Regional Manager role.
