About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and collaborative
Regional Manager
to lead our Commercial team across
New South Wales
. Based in our Sydney head office or Regional Hub in Tamworth and reporting into the General Manager Client Growth, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with farmers, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring Achmea remains the trusted choice for agricultural insurance.

What You'll Do

  • Inspire and Lead
    : Coach, mentor, and empower a team of Farm Insurance Specialists to achieve client outcomes and business growth.
  • Build Trusted Partnerships
    : Develop long-term relationships with clients, alliance partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive Regional Growth
    : Turn national strategy into actionable regional plans that improve client retention, unlock new opportunities, and deliver commercial success.
  • Champion Farmers
    : Be a visible and trusted advocate for farmers, ensuring they have the support they need to thrive.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, agribusiness development, or rural leadership, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • A strong ability to lead, engage, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with clients and internal teams alike.
  • A strategic, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine passion for supporting rural communities.
