Join Bupa as a Regional Manager, where you will oversee 7 BVAC care homes, guiding a team of General Managers to achieve excellence in service delivery. Your leadership will ensure the highest standards in care, customer service, and commercial sustainability, while promoting Bupa’s brand through growth and the development of future care home leaders.

Lead with purpose and make a lasting impact on the lives of residents and your team at Bupa.
You will add value by:
- Leading and supporting a regional team including General Managers and various key partners to ensure a unified approach to care delivery and operational excellence.
- Driving a person-first approach to service delivery, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional customer experience.
- Achieving operational goals, KPIs, and business priorities for each care home in your region.
- Ensure financial sustainability by managing budgets effectively and optimising resources.
- Lead market growth initiatives and work to maintain high occupancy levels across your region.
- Ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines, regulatory frameworks, and Bupa’s quality management systems.
- Leading initiatives to ensure homes achieve and maintain accreditation standards and consistently meet legislative requirements.
- Implement systems for continuous improvement in care delivery, fostering a culture of feedback and innovation.
- Oversee workforce planning to ensure appropriate staffing levels that reflect the needs of residents and the business.
- Ensure that customer needs are at the heart of decision-making processes.
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in business, management, nursing or health with a post graduate qualification in health or management desirable
- Proven experience leading a complex multi-site business enterprise
- Proven experience in the leadership, management and development of people
- Strong business acumen, communication and analysis capability including budget management
- Senior leadership experience in an Aged Care or Health organisation
- Strong influencing, negotiation skills and collaborative behaviours
- Experience in working within a complex regulatory framework
- Understanding of healthcare as a business
