Associate Director, Student Equity and Success

The new Division of Student Life will position UOW as the sector leader in student engagement delivering excellence in the student experience that is seamless, personalised, and predictive - thereby enabling student success. The Associate Director, Student Equity and Success will provide strategic leadership across the organisation in the development and implementation of student transitions, equity, access, inclusion and student success strategy and operations.
The Associate Director will develop strategy, policies and procedures and embed innovative approaches and practices to enable UOW to continually improve the student experience. In addition, the position will lead the operations of student transitions, equity, access and inclusion and student academic success teams.
