Responsibilities- Lead the operational delivery of Student Accessibility Services, including the development and implementation of personalised learning supports and reasonable adjustments for students with a disability/health condition.
- Adopt a staff–student partnership approach and lead the Student Accessibility and Inclusion team to develop students' agency to succeed in their studies, increasing student retention.
- Ensure inclusive, compliant, student‑centered services through strong, collaborative relationships with faculties, academic staff and other professional staff.
- Excellent people management skills, experience and demonstrated success in supporting teams through change.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to consider a service from a process and systems perspective to maximise effectiveness.

- Permanent/continuing, full-time appointment
- Level 8/9: $117,918 - $146, % superannuation
