Great long-term opportunity for an experienced Adviser Assistant to join a National Financial Planning Group for their Brisbane team. As an independent provider, the quality of service provided to each of their clients is second to none. Due to an internal promotion a new position has been created for a self-managed individual who enjoys working as part of an inclusive team.

This position will work closely with the Senior Financial Planners and Associates to provide end to end administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries whilst communicating with Fund Managers and Insurance providers. and key stakeholders, assisting with obtaining quotes from insurance providers the position, completing research of investment types and strategy development. In addition, your role will include:

- Preparation of documentation for client meetings.
- Maintain files and database records (Xplan),
- Management of client appointments.
- Assist in the research and development of technical strategy.
- Assist with SoA development.
- Prepare review paperwork for Planner / client review meeting.
- Create and enter file notes onto Xplan.
- Preparation of Records of Advice (RoA).
- Obtain insurance quotes, liaise with Fund Managers.

To be successful in securing this new opportunity, we are seeking a bright individual who enjoys Financial Planning and helping clients.

In addition you will have:

- The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and schedule work activities in a busy environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high attention to detail.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Xplan.
- Ideally completing a relevant Tertiary qualification within Financial Planning or a Finance Discipline.
