**ABOUT THE ROLE...**

We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Administrator to join our team based at our Alexandria Head Office. This role is ideal for an individual that respects the importance of accuracy, process and customer service. This role is responsible for:

- Accurately and efficiently entering & processing of wholesale orders & delivers across all brands and channels.
- Work collaboratively and provide high level of customer service to brand teams including Brand Management, Account Managers, and Merchandise Planners.
- Provide high levels of customer service to all internal and external contacts
- Ensure compliance of all sales order administration processes and system guidelines

**ABOUT YOU...**

Of course, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and someone that understands and lives our business culture. As well as this, the following skills and attributes will contribute to your success in the role:

- 1-2 years’ experience working on SAP or similar
- Previous experience in a similar high volume processing role
- High attention to detail, with an organised and methodical approach to work
- Articulate verbal and written communication skills
- A strong and pro-active work ethic combined with a dedicated attitude
- Unconditionally high standards of customer service delivery, both face-to-face as well as over the phone
- Able to work autonomously and successfully multi-task ensuring deadlines are met
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute towards a positive and dynamic team environment
- Unrestricted working entitlements in Australia
