Working closely and collaboratively with the entire team, we are looking for an experienced Global Wholesale Sales Manager to support our international expansion efforts as well as drive key partnerships with key Australian retailer majors in our sector.
**About the Role**:
You will be responsible for setting and delivering our wholesale sales strategy across our domestic business as well as international markets. You will work with our agency partners to build and maintain direction retail relationships to drive company revenue, maintain profitability, and ensure operational efficiency across the company. This pivotal role not only focuses on achieving and surpassing sales targets but also ensuring seamless operational integration between sales and production, enhancing customer satisfaction, and expanding our market reach internationally.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- You will set and establish sales and target market strategies with National Retail customers and develop new business opportunities.
- You with partner with our international sales agent to lead our market entry into the US and identify opportunities for growth in other territories
- Build and maintain a direct relationship domestically with key majors such as David Jones
- Utilise data to understand, interpret your retailer’s performance and take a proactive approach to providing solutions for any potential challenges
- You will work cross functionally with all internal stakeholders and build relationships at all levels with ease to achieve mutually beneficial business outcomes
**To be successful you will need to have**:
- Extensive wholesale sales experience, ideally in a vertical fashion related business; working with the retail majors and their buyers is critical
- To demonstrate a proven track record of sales growth and profitability in your core categories, you have strong commercial acumen
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills where you will problem solve and solution sell
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, you take pride in this and are an ambassador at all times
- International wholesale experience preferred
