Join our specialist Property Finance Team, delivering expert advice on structuring commercial property deals and guiding front-line teams with market insights to support investment and development opportunities across Business Banking.

Following an internal promotion, we’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our high-performing Sydney team as a **Property Finance Specialist**. Partner with Relationship Executives to originate and structure complex commercial property deals. Work on high-impact transactions, contribute to strategic outcomes, and accelerate your career in a dynamic, market-facing environment.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Proactively originate new commercial property lending opportunities and build a strong pipeline of quality deals.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate new business and gather market intelligence.
- Identify and assess risks to deal success, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyse and structure large, complex property transactions.
- Tailor lending solutions to meet stakeholder needs, leveraging strong relationships with front-line teams.

**Specifically, we are seeking**
- Deep experience in **commercial property**lending, strong credit and commercial acumen.
- Track record of generating new business and building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, high-performing environment.
- Recognised as a commercial property expert, deep understanding of market trends and lending structures.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, property, analytics or similar (advantageous)
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills, delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.
- Skill in coaching front-line teams, enhancing commercial property analysis capabilities
