**How will I help?**

As a Team Manager in Credit, you will lead and inspire a team to learn, develop and continually strive to deliver effective and positive outcomes for our customers, leading the optimisation of Credit Operations within the groups’ risk appetite. In this role, you will demonstrate strong leadership skills, display a strong customer and operational focus across the business with strong people leadership skills.

This is a full-time role offering 38 hours per week. Our operational hours are between 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and you will be based at our Parramatta office. Hybrid work arrangements with a minimum of 2 days in the office are available.

**What do I need?**

To be successful in this role you must have initial experience in Leadership and a customer focussed outlook. You must also be a passionate and curious individual, who will strive to meet our mortgage operations lending needs to deliver sound, customer focused risk/reward outcomes within the risk appetite and regulatory requirements. You will also have a growth mindset, demonstratable problem-solving experience, adaptability, and the ability to work in a high-impact fast paced environment.

In addition;
- Similar experience in the banking/ financial services industries
- Sound Coaching skills with the ability to uplift and influence great performance and customer outcomes
- Confident communicator - both written and verbal - able to build professional partnerships with internal and external customers
- You are analytical and have high attention to detail. Furthermore, you can work autonomously and can manage to workload based on prioritiesPositive attitude, strong accountability and solution oriented.
