Credit Manager – Mortgageway | Empowering Your Way

Mortgageway, a leading mortgage manager, is seeking an experienced Credit Manager to join our Credit & Risk Management team in Sydney, NSW. This role offers the opportunity to lead credit assessments and play a key part in ensuring high-quality lending decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end credit assessment processes for residential and commercial loans.
  • Conduct thorough financial and risk analysis to support informed lending decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with brokers, assessors, and management to deliver client-focused outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in credit assessment, mortgage management, or lending in bank and
    non-bank
    .
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and proactive approach.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese is advantageous.
