Credit Manager
to power our expanding Sydney operations.


Location:
Sydney, Australia (Office-based, full-time)


Remuneration:
$100,000 – $120,000 p.a. + performance-based incentives

The Role

We are seeking a
Credit Manager – Complex & Commercial
to join our team. You will operate as both broker and analyst, taking ownership of complex credit scenarios from end-to-end. This is a hands-on role working across high-value residential, commercial, and business lending transactions.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the lead broker for clients with complex lending needs
  • Assess and structure commercial, business, and investment loan applications
  • Prepare detailed credit submissions with tailored recommendations
  • Liaise with banks, BDMs, and credit teams to negotiate outcomes
  • Partner with clients to deliver clear advice and guide them through the lending process
  • Mentor analysts and support team members on advanced scenarios

Where You'll Have Come From

  • Banking/Financial Institution
    : background in credit, business credit or commercial credit
  • Mortgage Broking
    : experience in a broking firm dealing with complex scenarios

  • Ability to problem-solve and present solutions with clarity
  • A proven track record in delivering high-quality client outcomes
