The Opportunity

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Credit Team Leader to join our Sydney-based finance team and lead our credit operations across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a meaningful impact. You'll be responsible for managing a team of 5–6 direct reports, overseeing day-to-day credit operations, and driving performance across the region.

About the Role

  • As Credit Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:
  • Leading and developing a team of Credit Controllers and Credit Admin staff.
  • Championing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Leading change management efforts to support team and business transformation.
  • Driving efficient debtor management and credit control processes.
  • Overseeing account reconciliations and ensuring timely collections.
  • Managing new credit account openings and customer service interactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners across AU & NZ.
