The ACH Group Scheduling Team is seeking a full time Scheduling Specialist to join the team based at Mile End for 1-month Higher Duties.
Join the Scheduling team, in a bright vibrant busy environment, where the team work hard but also take time to de-stress and enjoy a laugh where we can.
**In this role you will**:

- Develop and maintain consistent and standardised scheduling end to end processes
- Provide training and on-going support to schedulers and ensure their processes and practices are consistent, effective and are optimal across the team
- Proactively engage with service delivery partners such as Care Coordinators, Service Delivery Team Leaders, Welcome Team and CHSP partners, providing feedback and support
- Establish Services for new customers
- Review and monitor the scheduling system to ensure that customer tasks are allocated
- Review and monitor gaps in workforce supply and support Service Delivery partners with recruitment suggestions
- Review and manage SCHADS award penalty payments for front line workers, ensuring the customers and business cost is managed appropriately

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Experience in a high-volume logistics role within a medium to large size organisation
- Demonstrated experience in using complex online scheduling and systems effectively
- Demonstrated ability to run reports from online complex scheduling systems, effectively analysing the data and providing optimisation recommendations to the business
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver high level customer service
- Computer skills including MS Office and database experience
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Have an outstanding attention to detail
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday
