Are you a skilled and passionate Recepcionist and Customer Service specialist?

About Us:

Your Job:
*Be courteous and hospitable

*Greeting clients and checking them in

*Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to clients

*Set up massage rooms

*Ensure that the clinic is always tidy and the service runs always smoothly

*Give support to the therapists

*Assist therapists with the laundry

*Sell and upsell products and therapies

*Receive customer complaints and feedback and direct them to the manager

*Scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and registering them for treatments in

accordance with company policies and procedures

*Processing payments by accepting credit cards from customers or collecting cash from them at the time of service

*Explaining clinic services and products to customers in order to help them make informed decisions about their treatments

*Any other duties as required by us from time to time.
