**Service Coordinator**

My client provides specialist services within the Electrical industry. They are looking for a driven Service Coordinator to allocate, manage and support a team of technical services specialists to ensure excellent customer service.
- The role, office based in Seventeen Mile Rocks, will work as part of a dedicated multi-functional support team.**About the role**:

- Responding to and resolving general inquiries and issues
- Discuss the business case for additional personnel and
equipment resources as required (with Service Manager)
- Maintain immaculate Customer, Site and contact person
Lists and Data
- Ensure correct closure of all jobs, including regular
followup of POs
- Organisation of travel, logistics and freighting to support technicians
- Responding to and resolving general inquiries and issues

**About you**:

- Prior experience in a role scheduling field-based specialists
- Excellent phone manner and good computer skills
- High-level organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Prior experience in the Electrical or complimentary industry highly regarded.
