**Connected Commercial Manager**

Location: Port Melbourne/Hybrid

12-Month contract

$208,000 + Super per annum

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As the Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role by planning and coordinating all procurement activities, overseeing the contract management process, and negotiating contracts with vendors and internal teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a strategy and plan for contract and supplier management activities for Program commercial agreements
- Lead and coordinate RFx outputs in line with existing Procurement template, policies, and processes
- Support compliance with Toyota procurement systems, policies, and procedures
- Identify required changes and evaluate their impact on the business and/or procurement element of the program
- Actively engage with stakeholders to identify continuous improvements
- Report overall health, progress, and risk for all commercial/contract requirements for the program

**Requirements**:

- Degree qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in contracts management and/or vendor management across a variety of processes and functions, particularly in the areas of IT supply, license, support, and services agreements
- Proven complex procurement experience with responsibility for delivering procurement benefits, including financial savings
- Solid expertise in building strong and productive working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Strong influencing skills at senior levels to influence acceptance of a new way of working
- Excellent communication, written and influencing skills, and the ability to adapt these to a diverse range of stakeholder and contexts
- Ability to analyze information and present a clear, accurate summary to a variety of audiences
