Celotti Workforce is actively looking for a Full-time
**Office Manager** to join our successful and reputable client, on a full-time basis, located in remote NT.

- Days of work - **Monday to Friday.**:

- Times - start and finish - **8:00am to 4:30pm**

**This is not a FIFO position - You will be residing on-site.**

**Responsibilities***:
To manage the administration of the Technical Services department and to administer and manage all contracts and fleet requirements.

The key duties to be performed are:

- Assist Technical Services General Manager to manage relationships with all business contractors and suppliers providing services to ARR relative to Technical Services, including compliance and OH&S requirements.
- Manage and maintain all records relative to both short term and long term contracts, Compliance and OH&S.
- Provide administrative support to the Technical Services Department

**Job Operations**:

- Oversee all elements of fleet management including but not limited to maintenance scheduling, registrations, valuations and comprehensive records system maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to the Technical Services Department
- Liaise with Comcover, contractors, business partners and service providers in relation to insurance claims.
- Assist and provide back-up to the Storeman in relation to materials control, ordering and distribution.
- Provide the Technical Services General Manager with regular reporting and updates on all facets of Technical Services, including the Landscaping and Waste Services departments.
- Assist with the receipt of incoming maintenance and other requests and disburse to relevant personnel.
- Assist in the day to day operations including answering incoming calls to the Technical Services Department.
- Ensure all correspondence is received, actioned and attended to, in a prompt and professional manner.
- Respect the confidentiality of any commercial and personal information gained in the course of your employment.
- Assist Technical Services General Manager in running the Contractor Management System encompassing Statutory Compliance, Cost Control, Company Compliance and Asset Management.
- Liaise with contractors and co-ordinate all requirements, including accommodation and facilities, as required. Allocating all costs to entities, as appropriate.
- Uphold a professional image all times whilst undertaking daily duties.
- Complete all duties in line with standard operating procedures.

**Essentials**:

- Extensive administration experience
- Previous experience in a trade related environment (desirable)
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Programs
- Knowledge of Materials Control, Maintenance Connection, Kronos, Confluence
- Financial skills including budget management and reporting, as required
- Current Northern Territory Drivers Licence (or eligible to be registered)
- High level English language skills
- Good computer and literacy skills
