**The Role**

This is an outstanding opportunity to join ArcBlue in a leadership role at a time of exciting growth. Working with the Regional Director Queensland and Northern Territory (QLD/NT), the Managing Consultant is required to provide leadership and management of the Queensland and Northern Territory business, lead the delivery of client projects and proactively build the client base across allocated sectors. You will be responsible for meeting individual and team targets as part of your role.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Team Performance Management**
- Support the Regional Director in managing the consulting team and driving performance including mentoring and coaching of consulting team members, project management and delivery
- Support the recruitment and co-ordination of consultants to the QLD/NT team

**Project Management and Delivery**
- Oversee the effective delivery of QLD/NT projects including monitoring performance, budget and client feedback and perform project administration
- Support the delivery of projects and programs for the full suite of ArcBlue products and services across QLD/NT and in other regions as required

**Sector and Product Leadership**
- Provide support and expertise to ArcBlue's sector and product leads

**Business Development and Client Relationship Management**
- Conduct client relationship development and management activity across clients in the QLD/NT region
- Use networks, sector and product knowledge and expertise to provide specific business development support to other sectors and regions as required

**About You**
- Senior technical procurement skills, including sourcing and category management experience, to directly lead project delivery
- Strong stakeholder and program management skills to act as senior account manager when necessary
- Interest and ability to support and lead broader business operational activities, including support and mentoring of staff
- Ability to develop relationships and networks to support business development opportunities
