**Regional Facilities Manager QLD AND NT**

**Looking for the space to do things differently?**

Our Property Team are seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to take responsibility for managing the identified regional facilities operations of leased office portfolio across offices across QLD and NT. You will support the National Facilities Manager by taking ownership of the regional offices to ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, environmental and sustainability obligations.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Contributing to the strategic framework for the delivery of facilities management and a new service delivery model.
- Managing the overall performance of the regional facility management operations including maintenance services, minor tenancy refurbishment, relocations, environmental and sustainability programs, WHS, business risk and continuity management strategies.
- Contributing to and implementing agreed performance goals, standards and measures to inform facility focused capital and operational budgets.
- Utilising reporting and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of facility management operations and FFE asset management.
- Identifying, managing and escalating all risks and ensure mitigation where possible.
- Acting as regional escalation point for urgent, complex or highly sensitive operational issues.
- Developing and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislative and government requirements in close collaboration with peers.
- Ensuring service level agreements across the team are resolved and upkept.
- Managing contractor’s KPIs and outcomes ensuring services remain competitive and fully accountable.
- Managing the regional facilities budgets ensuring payments are processed in accordance with requirements.
- Working closely with security, in house concierge and the mail room to ensure all operations are handled accordingly.

**Important to your success**:

- Significant experience and knowledge of contemporary facilities management practices, facilities operations, contracts management, health and safety practices in the workplace.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and empower teams with a focus on excellent delivery of customer service.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional thinking in the development and implementation of strategies.
- Experience leading and delivering projects within time, budget and resource constraints.
- Knowledge of all aspects of statutory legislation pertaining to facilities operations and WorkCover legislation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of facilities related WHS requirements including vendor inductions and record management.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capabilities, to evaluate complex alternatives, make confident judgements and develop innovative, sophisticated solutions.
