About the job
Are you an experienced administration professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We have a unique opportunity for an executive assistant to join the Alcoa family Working on a family friendly Monday to Friday roster, you will also have a flexible leisure day every four-week period.
We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide high level executive administrative support to the Alcoa's Kwinana Refinery Manager and their leadership team. The prime responsibility of the position is to provide a high standard of personal assistance and confidential support. In addition, you will coordinate and formulate the necessary management and department reporting requirements in a manner that achieves internal and external customer standards and time frames.
About you
To play a part in our ongoing success we are seeking someone with:
- Experience in an administration or an executive assistant role with the skillset and tools to optimise the effectiveness of Managers’ time by developing and utilising systems and managing scheduling requirements.- Exceptional organisational skills with experience in handling confidential information with maturity.- The confidence to be assertive when required to ensure our values, policies and procedures are being upheld and adhered to.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a pro-active manner.- Advanced computer competency in the Microsoft Suite.- An eye for detail and seamless work management will compliment your drive to meet customer demands in a timely manner.- Ultimately, we are searching for a highly motivated individual who can be trusted to work effectively unsupervised, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. Knowledge of Alcoa’s various business systems will be advantageous, although not a requirement.
