Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Junior Business Intelligence and Analytics Tester. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or career transition professionals looking to break into the BI field. **Responsibilities**:

- ** Independent Reviewer**: Act as an independent reviewer for Business Analysts and Data Scientists, ensuring the accuracy, functionality, and reliability of BI solutions and analytics models.
- ** Problem Identification**: Collaborate with the development team to identify and report any issues or anomalies in data pipelines, ETL processes, data transformations, and data integrations.
- ** Process Improvement**: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing feedback, suggestions, and recommendations based on testing and analysis outcomes.
- ** Documentation**: Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports to document testing procedures, outcomes, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- ** Training and Development**: Undergo training to gain proficiency in various technologies, including IBM ETL, to effectively carry out testing responsibilities.
- ** Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and developers, to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of business intelligence projects.
- ** Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in business intelligence, data analytics, and testing methodologies to enhance testing capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- ** Formal Qualifications**: Possess formal qualifications in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Computer Science. A bachelor's degree or higher is essential.
- ** Testing Experience**: While a traditional testing background is not required, prior experience in software testing or quality assurance is advantageous.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns, outliers, and anomalies in data.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Exhibit excellent attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results and findings.
