**Role - Test Lead - Business Intelligence/ Datawarehouse**
Contract through till March'23 + possible extensions
Brisbane CBD based
Hourly rate, Flexible work arrangements
**About the role**
Test Lead will be responsible for leading and conducting testing enabling the delivery of upgrades to the Business Intelligence solutions for a QLD. government department.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the test planning, scheduling, preparation and report development;
- Conduct testing as well as manage the overall testing process;
- Collaborate with other teams and external stakeholders as required to undertake preparation for testing, and issue and defect resolution
- Promote, influence and drive the resolution of test issues and the generation of service improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain procedures and documentation in relation to testing activities;
- Monitor and evaluate testing progress and risks, and assist with reporting on these items appropriately to key stakeholders;
- Support implementation activities for software releases;
**Skills and experience**
- Experience working on a Business Intelligence or Data Warehouse solution is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience leading and executing testing cycles and activities within large complex ICT projects preferably in government sector
- Ability to manage conflicting demands and adapt to a changing environment.
- Proven experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
